WCAF14 Photography Open Exhibition

On show in the fourth Photography Open Exhibition is a selection of work by local and regional artists and as usual the standard is very high. Regular judges James Goodison from Culture Warrington and Emma Kelly from The Gallery at Bank Quay House were joined this year by guest judge John Volynchook, winner of the 2013 Photography Open, and they had the very difficult job of making the selection.

Unfortunately not everyone who entered was selected but 38 pieces are exhibited here at Pyramid. As well as a first and second prize, there is also the Python Oakley People’s Choice prize, which gives you the opportunity to vote for your favourite piece. Pick up a voting slip, fill out the details and place in the box. The winner will be announced at the end of the show. Also on show as part of the Festival is the Open Exhibition at Warrington Museum & Art Gallery (Part 1) and The Gallery at Bank Quay House (Part 2).
