Georgina will produce a variety of window illustrations around the town to encourage people to think about how they are spending their time in that moment.
This commission will provide a visual link and trail form the town centre to the Cultural Quarter.
About Georgina
With a First Class Honours Degree in Illustration from Falmouth University, recent graduate Georgina lives and works Warrington.
In her own words...
I have always drawn and painted with the inspiration of my amazing mother who encouraged me to draw from a very young age. As I got older, I never realised that my art could be an actual career, and my dad didn’t either. He has always been sceptical of my choice to take on an artistic route, but this makes me more determined to prove that I can do it, as well as make it for my self. Without self motivation I would be nowhere, and it helps me to do something I love because I enjoy it rather than having a job with pay checks rolling in every month. By being challenged and constantly being kept on my toes about what's coming next, is exciting and very scary, but that is what drives my work, and makes me who I am.
